Typical maintenance activities for landscaping include mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and hedges, weed control in landscape beds, applying mulch, fertilizing plants, and seasonal clean-up tasks like leaf and organic debris removal. These activities ensure that the landscape remains healthy and aesthetically pleasing.

Sustainable landscape maintenance refers to practices that promote ecological health while minimizing environmental impact. This can include using organic fertilizers, conserving water through efficient irrigation systems, choosing native plants that require less water and maintenance, and implementing integrated pest management to reduce chemical use.

Planning a low-maintenance yard involves selecting plants that are native to the region or drought-resistant varieties that require less water and care. Stone mulch is the most low-maintenance mulch option. Removing and replacing the stone mulch may be required if this maintenance is neglected for too long.

Carrington was great to work with from revising plans as we changed what we wanted, bringing multiple samples out and meeting me to look through various options to make sure it was excatly what we wanted.
