Andy arrived at Carrington Lawn & Landscape in August 2024, ready for a career change and finding the perfect match for his drive to make meaningful impact. As Director of Business Analytics and Maintenance Division leader, he combines analytical precision with hands-on industry knowledge that dates back to his high school landscaping business where he first connected with Sean.
A Middleton native and UW-Madison graduate who still calls the Middleton area home, Andy’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early when he launched his own landscape operation—starting with just himself, a Scag Turf Tiger, basic equipment, and determination. As his client list grew, so did his business, eventually hiring help to meet demand. After college, a stint in corporate consulting quickly showed him that smaller organizations offered the impact and connection he valued.
What makes Andy proudest at Carrington Lawn & Landscape is the exceptional talent and character of the team, which he sees as a key differentiator in the industry. He’s energized about working with the Maintenance Division to build on an already strong foundation.
When not analyzing business metrics or overseeing maintenance operations, Andy is an avid Wisconsin sports fan (Packers, Brewers, Badgers) and outdoor enthusiast. He treasures hiking adventures with his fiancée Abby (also from Middleton and his high school classmate), particularly in national parks across Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Idaho. Closer to home, Pheasant Branch and Indian Lake remain favorite local spots. Andy also looks forward to the day he can resume cooking on his beloved Big Green Egg—currently sidelined by apartment regulations but not forgotten.
